MEET OUR TEAM

Mr. Moh Gin Teo has more than 30 years of global experience in investments, finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate development. He has been an Investment Director of Vive Capital Pte Ltd. since 2007. He currently served as a director on two mainboard listed companies trading on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Mr Teo started his career in 1983 with Arthur Andersen where he was in charge of various management consultancy projects. In 1990, he joined the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation and was responsible for the acquisition and management of prime commercial investments in the United States and in Europe. Later, Mr. Teo joined Credit Suisse Bank as the Chief of Staff, responsible for banking operations the Asia-Pacific region. He also served as the Chief Corporate Officer of Richland Group (now known as Ramba Energy Limited) and as the Managing Director of Global Business Insights Pte Ltd as well as held top management positions in System Access Ltd (banking software), SESAMi Inc. (b2b business), GKE Corporation Limited (logistics investments), responsible for finance and investments as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Teo obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore and a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Manchester and the University of Wales.

He currently sits on the board of two public companies listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and also held directorship positions on several other publicly listed companies in Singapore as follows:

1) 2007 - Present : Sinostar PEC Holdings Limited, as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Investment and Risks Committee, Chairman of Remuneration Committee, Chairman of Audit Committee and Member of Nominating Committee
2) 2014 - Present : Changjiang Fertilizer Holdings Limited, as Lead Independent Director, Chairman of Audit Committee, Chairman of Remuneration Committee and Member of Nominating Committee
3) 2006 to 2011 : China Sun Bio-Chem Technology Group Company Limited, Vice-Chairman of the Board, member of Audit Committee and Renumeration Committee
4) 2007 to 2013 : Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Ltd., Chairman of Audit Committee and Renumeration Committee
5) 2008 to 2012 : Asia Fashion Holdings Limited, Lead Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee and Nominating Committee
6) 2014 to 2015 : Cedar Strategic Holdings Ltd, Chairman of Audit Committee and Renumeration Committee
7) 2015 to 2016 : Jiangling Motor Chasis Ltd (a state-owned enterprise in the People's Republic of China), Chairman of Audit Committee and Nominating Committee

With over 18 years of experience founding multiple startups in software product development spanning across different industries, Kevin has a deep understanding of technology, consumer products, online commerce and entertainment. Games, online platforms and software applications created by Kevin have been used by millions of users worldwide. Kevin Leung was Cofounder/CEO of Drawcrowd, a social crowdfunding platform for creative individuals worldwide since 2014. Prior to founding Drawcrowd, Kevin co-founded and served as the president of game start-up Smartron 5, a mobile and Facebook game developer that was acquired by Hong Kong based game publisher 6waves. Previously, Kevin was the founding member and president of PC online game start-up Possibility Space, and associate director of Enorbus, a mobile game company that was later acquired by Disney. Kevin began his career in IBM Canada, in compiler development as well as e-commerce consulting. Kevin holds a degree in Computer Engineering from University of Toronto and an MBA from Schulich School of Business.

Winston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialisation in Finance from National University of Singapore. He worked as a Relationship Manager with HSBC Bank upon graduation, during which he managed customers' portfolio of investments and insurance. Later on, he took a gap year by spending a year in New Zealand working for a local packhouse and was promoted twice within 9 months. He then co-founded a trading LLP distributing Manuka honey skincare from NZ after returning to Singapore. As a long time Manchester United fan, Winston enjoys playing and watching soccer on weekends.

Bruce graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai with a Bachelor's Degree in Management. Upon graduation, he joined a Shanghai-based organization engaging in venture capital and investment banking business. During this period, Bruce participated in China's Bike-Sharing Battle and invested in Xiao Ming Bicycle. He later joined Prima Capital, an alternative asset management institution that makes PE investment and industrial funds, and is mainly responsible for fund-raising business of multiple funds. At the same time, he served as an Investment Manager (Asia-Pacific) of Sycamore Ventures and was responsible for the building of the fund.
